1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the service has not been initiated. No refunds will be provided once the Apostille Attestation process has initiated.

2. Service Cancellation:
Clients can request a refund by contacting our customer support team at info@hrdattestation.in before the initiation of the Apostille Attestation process.
Once the service has been initiated, cancellation is not possible, and a refund will not be issued.

3. Incomplete or Incorrect Documents:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents are accurate and Genuine with all Supporting Documents. Refunds will not be issued for delays or rejections resulting from Any Government Authority or University.

4. Processing Time:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 25 business days after receiving the refund request.

5. Denied Apostille:
In the rare event that an Apostille request is denied by the relevant authorities, we will work with the client to address the issue. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. But, Need to Pay Courier Charges for Pickup & Delivery.

6. Changes to Refund Policy:
PCC Apostille And Attestation Services India Private Limited reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
